the website will remain locked for the entire day and only those subscribed to our mail list will have access to shop the sale ahead of everyone else. P.S we strongly advise you to sign up and shop during early access if you can, to receive your order as fast as possible due to the high demand of orders we are currently receiving and avoid longer production wait.

The website will then reopen for the public on Friday 29 November 12:00am (GMT), sale will then end at 23:59 (GMT).

We will then have a Cyber Weekend sale which will end on Sunday 1 December 23:59 (GMT).

We understand some of you may be purchasing as a Christmas gift, therefore, those who have purchased from 28 November 2024 upon till 22 December 2024, are eligible for an extended return policy. Yes, our full collection of fur coats, fur gilets, cashmere coats and cardigans will be included in the sale.

We are aware many of our dolls will be shopping for upcoming Winter travels, special occasions, etc. if you need to receive your package within a specific date, please leave a note at checkout, specifying the date of delivery and our production team will do their best to fulfil your request.
