Although we are confident that you will be satisfied with your order, we do offer refunds/exchanges.
CHRISTMAS 2024 EXTENDED RETURN POLICY
We understand some of you may be purchasing as a Christmas gift, therefore, those who have purchased from 28 November 2024 upon till 22 December 2024, are eligible for an extended return policy. You may return or exchange by 5 January 2025. Please note the item must arrive back to us no later than 05/01/25 in a re-saleable condition - this means it must be returned unworn, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, deodorant and perfume and have all original tags attached. We politely ask to do your best to try on, handle and repackage items with care! If the item is returned in a non-saleable condition or after 05/01/2025, we have the right to reject your return and ship the item back to you.

If you would like to return or submit an exchange request please follow the link to our RETURN PORTAL
Once you submit the return, follow the below steps:
- Pack the return items, print the order confirmation email and your return confirmation email, put them in your return package (please use original box if possible to avoid damaging the goods). Please don't forget to use a mail bag to ensure the item does not get wet, damaged, etc.
- Take it to the post office or carrier specified on the shipping label, and post it. All UK orders can be dropped off at any Royal Mail delivery office / Post Office branch.
- We will deduct £8.90 fee from your refund to cover the costs of your return shipping label
- Please note we do not provide return labels for international orders, if you would like to make a return from outside of the UK back to us, you are eligible to do so but you will need to arrange the shipping yourself. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend you to simply to use UPS return to sender option or the cheapest tracked courier service.
- Please note we do not refund worldwide shipping fees.
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return. If the return is approved, we will process your refund.
Please allow up to 14 working days for us to process your refund/exchange request.

Please note, any item purchased in SALE SECTION can ONLY be exchanged for store credit. You will receive a credit in a form of a special code for you to use at checkout under your account for any other item when re-purchasing. Therefore, those items are NON refundable. Please bare that in mind when purchasing. (This does not apply to Black Friday sale, Black Friday sale items are eligible for refunds and exchanges as normal.)
Store credit & late returns:
The customer is responsible to ensure the return gets back to us on time and within the return policy timeframe.
When a return is sent back to us after the given return policy timeframe, Dolls Fashion London Ltd have the right to reject your return or issue you a credit note.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
We reserve the right to modify this returns policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
