Complimentary Delivery

We offer complimentary delivery on orders over £250 to the UK, European Union and USA.

Duties & Taxes

For orders to the USA, European Union, Canada and Middle East, duties and taxes are generally included.

In some cases, your local customs authority or courier may apply a small additional import or handling charge upon delivery. As these charges are set locally, they may vary by destination.

Most customers will not be required to pay additional duties upon delivery.

For destinations outside these regions, local customs duties, taxes or handling fees may also apply.

Each Dolcie piece is carefully prepared for your order before dispatch.

During peak periods, please allow approximately 7–21 working days for order preparation and delivery.

European Union

EU orders are dispatched via FedEx, UPS or DHL.

Estimated courier transit time after dispatch: 1–3 working days.

United States

US orders are dispatched via FedEx, UPS or DHL.
