• Avoid spraying perfume, hairspray, deodorant or other cosmetic products directly onto the fur.
• If your garment becomes wet, gently shake off excess water and allow it to air dry naturally at room temperature. Do not use a hair dryer, radiator or any other direct heat source.
• Store your garment on a broad, padded hanger to help maintain its shape.
• Keep your piece in a cool, dry and well-ventilated space, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
• Avoid storing natural fur in plastic garment bags for extended periods, as the material requires adequate air circulation.
• When cleaning is required, we recommend using a professional cleaner who specialises in genuine fur garments. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
Natural Fur Characteristics:
As genuine fur is a natural material, slight variations in colour, texture, density and appearance are normal. These natural variations make each Dolcie piece unique.
A small amount of shedding may occur, particularly when your garment is new. This is a natural characteristic of genuine fur and should gradually reduce with wear and proper care.
